If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if your product is damaged or defective, you can email us at email@example.com within 7 days of the date of your purchase to exchange for an undamaged product, another product or the same product of another size or colour.
Criteria for exchanges
The product must be in its original packaging and must be unwashed, unaltered and not damaged (not applicable if the reason for the exchange is due to the product being damaged).
Should the new product you have selected cost less than the product to be exchanged, we will pay you the difference via PayPal or bank transfer to your bank account. Should the new product you have selected cost more than the product to be exchanged, please send us the difference via PayPal or bank transfer. The bank transfer option is only available if your bank account is a Singapore bank account.
You will be responsible for the postage cost associated with mailing a product back to us for an exchange.
Only regular priced items can be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service (such as registered mail with SingPost). We will not process the exchange if we do not receive the returned product.
